Warner Powers ...

Warners bold style of DJ’ing and mixing has taken him all over the globe! From The DJ’ing in most parts of the UK to Sweden, India, Bulgaria, Ibiza and France! People are certainly asking who this guy is in Scotland.

Although Warner has spent several years playing at small club in and around Edinburgh and Glasgow he has produced himself one of the best reputations for always having an exiting show of music and turntable mastery. He started his club life as a warm up DJ for the popular Mercado club in Edinburgh where he was warm up DJ for Edinburgh’s top house night Viva.

For 3 years Warner produced some of the best House sets that Edinburgh had heard with his fresh sounding Funky house. Soon he attracted the attention of Edinburgh Huggy Burger Queen who let Warner play at the first night of his new night called Blast. Blast had grown from strength to strength with the likes of A.T.F.C, Jazzy M and Stonebridge visiting to play to Scotland best crowd.

Another big Help to Warners success is being added to the UK’s top records promo mailing lists! This has hailed his name in the dance scene throughout the UK’s. To this day Warner does weekly Buzz Chart returns for the leading dance Magazines and also does Reviews on records. He has now built a solid foundation for a career in DJ’ing and Music production.

His dedication and inspiration soon got him resident DJ spots all over his home town of Edinburgh including His own club Bubble-Rap plus leading dance clubs including The Cross in London, Turnmills, Nuklear Puppy, Brixton Academy, Sub Logic to name a few!

Finding his way into the dance music scene wasn’t easy and after gaining monthly residencies in Sweden and London. Warners diary has grown on a daily basic. With warners newly formed Dj Management team in London and in Edinburgh he is being booked for gigs months in advance. Being booked for his passion in music and his appreciation for the people who come to listen and watch him play.

November 2003 took Warner on a tour of India to start a new yearly residency there with DJ’s from top London agency Oven Ready.

Warner is a total crowd pleaser when he plays and always raising smiles to clubbers everywhere he goes. His dedicated “Warner Powers” faithful travel to try and see hi at every opportunity!

Warner will continue to maintain his level of love for the House music scene all over Europe and the rest of the world.
